The only comment I would make is that it should be easier to download/print the course material. I was not able to do so and following along while writing everything down is cumbersome and not real effective.

I'm coming at this froman academic institution and, while not every element is 100% applicable, I do really think that there is a lot than can be taken/modified from this course and applied to our processes. And, to a less sophisticated degree, I've been advocating for internal improvements along the lines of what the Six Sigma program has thus far described. So, I appreciate this material mostly because it makes me feel like I'm not the crazy one with outlandish ideas. Maybe this does exist and I just haven't gotten to it yet, but if you have not already developed a Six Sigma program for academia, you might give serious consideration to doing so (if only because with shrinking academic budgets nationwideand grant funders beginning to require proof of results (not strictly financial in this scenario) will result in greater scrutiny/justification of programs, there might be a serious business/marketing opportunity for you). I might also add that with some recent changes
