The course provides more detail with tools to be used during projects. This tools can definetly support me in future projects. It provides a better understanding on how and when to use such tools. The course provides better guidance in theDMAIC process with more details on each step with the foucus on process efficiency, to eliminate waste and to focus on the customer requirements and the importance thereof. The tools provide guidance on how to identify variances in processes and to eliminate such variances for a more stable process which will be beneficial for both the company and the customer which results in minimum wastage, higher quality, process optimization, cost savings and customer satisfaction. The course provide a better understanding to use the SigmaXL software. The course provide information on how SigmaXL software calculate the inputs resulting in a better understanding.
