Overall, the material was delivered effectively. Since Six Sigma was not covered in much detail during my undergraduate degree program, I had to search additional information online.

I found the course informative, concise and most definitely able to retain knowledge and relatable to work situations. The course is simplistic in roll out and I am able to review, return, take notes and move forward, expand on and simplify answers into consolidated ideas and idealy manipulate the message into practicle example within my or previous environments. I am also able to identify via the insight the issues I am experiencing and methods of isolating issues, with a solution, identifying people strengths andshortfalls and able to exact who certain knowledge shoud be shared with. To identify aspect of enclosing certain facets of operational requirements andneed toset in measuring standards, identify focus points for improvement and identify the right people to take on these projects with a definite KPI.

I would suggest providing hands-on modules through out the courses. I think check point quizes would help in keeping engagement.
