Still getting to know and understand the principles. The foundation or basics is understandable and explained. The desire is created for the eagerness to know and understand more. At this moment the key aspects are mentioned, only enough to acknowlegde the lack of understanding about key principles of project management that is required. A focus is already created for the required inputs and information required prior prior to project selection, planning, functional support groups, roles, responsibilities, measurement, analyzing, improvement and control. Key aspects of project scopes were identified to be evaluated, focus to elimante losses was created, basic tool were identified for identification and solving. Importance of the process flow and required steps for such process flows was mentioned that forms part of the road map for project success.
