Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Virtual Instructor-led Training and Certification
This fifteen-hour Yellow Belt online seminar introduces several fundamental concepts from the DMAIC roadmap that are critical to prioritizing inputs of a process and identifying quick wins along the way in a common language for a thorough understanding by those in attendance.
The virtual training is delivered LIVE by one of 6Sigma.us’s experienced Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts via Zoom. The interactive seminar will give students the chance to pose questions throughout the course.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Online Training and Certification
This is a self-paced format with 24/7 access, therefore you can start and take this training at any time. There is no oral engagement with the instructor and you have an email where you can ask questions for follow-up if necessary.
The course is divided into several modules, each module has a quiz and requires a minimum score, but you will have as many quiz opportunities as you need because the goal of those quizzes is to ensure concept understanding.
Learning Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, the Right Way
While challenging, earning your Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is achievable with dedication and the right support. Our program is designed to guide you through even the most complex concepts:
6Sigma.us Yellow Belt training introduces several fundamental concepts from the DMAIC roadmap that are critical to prioritizing inputs of a process and identifying quick wins along the way.
There are no prerequisites for the Yellow Belt program. White Belt concepts are covered during this training.
Yellow Belts attendees contribute to an organization by playing a supportive role in the organization’s larger Six Sigma Process. These individuals will understand the concepts used to collect critical information on processes and support other Yellow Belts in gaining knowledge and experience in problem-solving processes. Everyone’s understanding of the process is an integral part of the improvement methodology.
White and Yellow Belt are not prerequisites for Green Belt, you may enroll directly in the Green Belt training course if your expectation is to lead projects.
