At the end of this course, the attendees will:

Have a basic understanding of the core concepts of Lean Thinking, be able to identify wastes in your processes, and learn how to set up and conduct a kaizen event

The Lean Introduction Classroom training is 1 Day (8 hours), delivered by one of our Master Black Belt and Lean Master instructors, and is available at more than 20 locations.
The Lean Introduction Online training is approximately 8 hours. Attendees are provided with 30 days of access to complete the course at their own pace. This training is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
