Program Substitutions and Cancellations
Live Classroom Training
Please notify us in writing as soon as possible about any substitutions or cancellations. Registration fee will be refunded less a 15% processing fee for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start date of the course. This fee included purchase orders. Cancellations made at least 15 days before the course starts will be refunded 50% of the tuition. No refund is offered for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the course beginning. In some cases at an additional cost, tuition may be transferred to another 6Sigma.us course attended within 6 months of originally scheduled date. No refunds will be issued after 90 days of order. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by email to info@6sigma.us. Full payment is due 21 days after registration.
6Sigma.us may cancel or reschedule any course or change instructors at any time and is not responsible for any airfare penalties or other travel charges that may occur. If a course is cancelled every attempt will be made to notify participants 21 days prior to the course.
Online and Virtual Training
Training is non-refundable after 7 days of purchase or once materials have been opened or course has been accessed.
Force Majeure
6Sigma.us is not liable for failure or delay in provision of services, whether live, online or virtual, which is due in whole or in part to an act of God, fire, flood, explosion, riot, lockouts, disease, pandemic, acts of any government, emergency declarations by any authority, actions or conduct of the host facility, extreme weather conditions, or any other causes not within the reasonable control of the 6Sigma.us. 6Sigma.us may, at its sole option, offer alternate dates or alternative methods of delivery for the customer training as a replacement for the original training dates selected.
