Our instructor, was very engaging. He had real-world examples that he shared in story format which helped to demonstrate the application of the Six Sigma methodology. He ensured we had an understanding of the materials before we moved on and, because our group was so small, we were able to cover all of the material quickly. He is an excellent teacher.

The hands on application of the process preparing diagrams and strategies to building processes were very helpful and broke up the content. Some of the videos were good for application on both the service and manufacturing side. The day was well structured.
