The best section was the Process Variable Mapping steps. Breaking down how that relationship works and how the conveyer belt looks like was great. Secondly was the FMEA overview and Quiz exercise we did. It was really awesome made me had to apply that logic to my workplace and I encourage more of that especially in webinars. The more interaction possible the better.
