The instructor was well experienced and very knowledgeable which made the class enjoyable. He also had great listening skills in order to use our scenarios and put it into examples which made the class interactive. It was a good balance of ppt and videos which got the class to think. At first, I thought it was odd with the small class but actually ended up appreciating that it was small so it was like a small team setting. I also appreciated the sharing of the templates.
