I liked the background info the instructor gave and how he broke down each part for practical use. I also like the role playing that gave us real time issues to back up the training.

The instructor. He was able to explain the material in a way that was very easy to understand, even the statistics portion. He incorporated some 'fun' stuff to keep us alert and engaged. He was very knowledgeable on a lot of subjects and was able to give examples on all of the different industries within the group, which provided for a well rounded understanding of the material.
